EAWE’s Science of Making Torque from Wind (TORQUE) conference is coming back to its roots! In 2004 the very first edition took place at TU Delft chaired by Em. Prof. Gijs van Kuik. A group of wind energy pioneers gathered in Delft for the first edition of what today has become the largest and most renowned scientific wind energy conference in Europe. 16 years later, we have the privilege of organising this impressive event again. Welcome to Delft!

Via this website and the corresponding app (to be launched on 27 April 2020) we will inform you about everything you need to know concerning the conference: registration, call for abstracts, programme, venues, hotels, awards, links to the International Small Wind Turbine Competition (ISWTC) which in 2020 will be held parallel to the TORQUE conference, and information about the city of Delft and surroundings.

Deadline full paper submission extended

Please note the deadline for full paper submission has been extended. Full papers can be submitted until Monday March 2nd at 23:59h.

We look forward to your contributions and receiving you from May 27-29th 2020 in our beautiful city and university.
